• A licence lets one person use El-Helow BandScan on one computer, for the period bought, or without an end date for a lifetime licence.
• Your code is for you. Do not share or resell it, and do not try to get around the licence check or take the program apart.
• If you change computers, message us and we will move your licence.
• Activation and the regular licence check use our server. After each successful check the program keeps working for up to 30 days without a connection.
• The program helps you analyse gels; you remain responsible for checking the results before you rely on or publish them.
• We may release updates. An update can be required to keep using the program, and is free for the licence period you have.
• We may stop a code that is shared, resold or obtained by fraud.

• يحق لنا إيقاف أي كود تمت مشاركته أو بيعه أو الحصول عليه بالاحتيال.

What stays on your computer

Your gel photos, projects and reports. All analysis runs on your computer; none of it is uploaded.

What we receive

• When you buy: your e-mail, the name you enter, and the payment reference. PayPal handles card details; we never see card numbers.
• When you pay by InstaPay or a wallet: the screenshot of your transfer, kept for up to one year to settle any question about the payment.
• When the program checks the licence: your code, an identifier calculated from the computer (not your files), the program version, and the name you typed for reports.

How we use it

Only to deliver and check your licence, to send licence e-mails, to help you when you ask, and to stop fraud. We do not sell your data or send newsletters.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (licence database), Brevo (licence e-mails), PayPal (payments), Cloudflare (this website and transfer screenshots) and Telegram (order alerts to us).

Your choices

Message us to see or delete your data. Payment records we must keep for accounting are kept.

كيف نستخدمه

فقط لتسليم الترخيص والتحقق منه، وإرسال رسائل الترخيص، ومساعدتك عند طلبك، ومنع الاحتيال. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نرسل نشرات دعائية.

Supabase (قاعدة بيانات التراخيص)، وBrevo (رسائل الترخيص)، وPayPal (الدفع)، وCloudflare (هذا الموقع وصور التحويل)، وTelegram (تنبيهات الطلبات لنا).

• If El-Helow BandScan does not run on your computer and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full within 14 days of purchase.
• A code that has not been activated can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• A licence is digital and delivered at once, so once a code has been activated and the program runs, the purchase is not refundable.
• Refunds go back the way you paid: PayPal to PayPal, InstaPay and wallets to the account you sent from.

• إذا لم يعمل El-Helow BandScan على جهازك ولم نتمكن من حل المشكلة، نرد لك المبلغ كاملًا خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء.
• الكود الذي لم يُفعَّل يمكن استرداد ثمنه خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء.
